Privacy Policy

This policy covers Paltheon and our apps, including GymTracker. It's built so that your data belongs to you alone. This page explains, in plain language, exactly what that means.

What we collect

Nothing, by default. Our apps do not require an account or sign-up of any kind. Your workouts, exercise history, body metrics, program selections, and any other information you enter are stored only on your device. We have no server that receives this data, and we do not see it, store it, or have any way to access it.

Analytics and tracking

Our apps contain no analytics software development kits, no advertising identifiers, and no tracking pixels. We do not know how many people use our apps, how they use them, or who they are.

Opt-in crash reporting (GymTracker)

GymTracker includes optional crash reporting to help us fix bugs. It is off by default and only ever active if you explicitly turn it on in Settings. If you turn it on, a crash report sends a stack trace, your device model, and the OS and app version to Sentry, hosted in the EU — nothing else, and nothing that identifies you. It contains no workout data, no body metrics, and no personal identifiers. You can turn it off again at any time.

Data sharing

Since we don't collect your workout or body data, there is nothing for us to share, sell, or disclose to third parties. The only third-party service involved anywhere in our apps is the opt-in crash reporting described above, and only if you turn it on.

Children's privacy

Our apps are not directed at children and do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, of any age, beyond the opt-in crash reports described above.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
