Our apps are provided as-is

Our apps are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to keep them reliable and accurate, but we can't guarantee they will be free of bugs, errors, or interruptions.

Not medical advice

GymTracker provides exercise tracking, routines, and programs for general fitness purposes only. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, and GymTracker is not a substitute for professional medical guidance. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have an existing health condition, injury, or concern.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for exercising safely and within your own physical limits. Use of GymTracker, and any exercise program followed through it, is entirely at your own risk.

Acceptable use

Use our apps only for their intended purpose. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
